Trump has attempted to retaliate against those who had the courage to either discuss potential wrongdoing in his first administration, like James Comey, or to sue him, like New York State Attorney General Letitia James.
The courts have caused much of Trump’s agenda to hit a wall or at least face obstacles in the United States. he turned his quest for unlimited power and control overseas.
Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado was widely expected to become the next president if Maduro was ever ousted from power. She was seen as the person capable of ushering in a new era of democracy in her home country.
Machado won’t be so lucky because, according to new reports, she made the mistake of incurring Trump’s wrath by by accepting the Nobel Peace Prize he covets.
