The bill that was passed and signed into law a month ago requires the Trump administration to disclose ALL Epstein files.
However, Trump’s deputy AG, Todd Blanche, told Fox News that the administration would not release all of the records today.
Blanche said:
So today is the 30 day mark, and hopefully we’ll release several hundred thousand documents today.
And these documents will come in different forms, photographs and other documents associated with all the investigations into Mr. Epstein. And just so everyone understands, President Trump has said for years that he wants full transparency and he wants the Department of Justice to disclose everything we can regarding this investigation into these cases.
And we’ve seen, under the Biden administration, radio silence from even Democrats who are shouting from the steps of Congress today that we haven’t done enough. But guess what? President Trump signed this law 30 days ago and we have been working tirelessly since that day to ensure that we obtain all the documents we have within the Department of Justice, review them and release them to the American public.
Now, the most important thing that the Attorney General talked about and that Director Patel talked about is that we protect victims, and so what we do is we look at every piece of paper that we’re going to produce, making sure that every victim, their name, their identity, their story, to the extent that they need to be protected, is completely protected.

What Blanche has exposed is NOT what is required by law. It is suspected that the Trump administration is sorting through the documents and will release them over the weeks, while federal law requires all documents to be released today.
Democrats are making it clear that the Trump administration is already violating the law.
