Best purchase said Thursday that he would test mini-show-show in some of his stores with IKEA products to show the design elements of the domestic retailer’s kitchen next to the appliances of the electronics store.

From this fall, the program will start in 10 Best Buy stores through Florida and Texas. Each store will include an ikea “shop-in-shop” of 1,000 square feet by presenting kitchens and sturdy laundries.

“By bringing together our expertise, our products and our services with Best Buy leadership in household appliances and technology, we create a one -stop destination where customers can easily design their dream cuisine, storage solutions or laundry,” said Rob Olson, US Ikea Operation Head in a press release Thursday.

Companies have not disclosed financial aspects of the Persons Company.

IKEA is the Swedish giant of flat back furniture, while Best Buy is one of the best consumer electronic stores in the United States.

The partnership presents itself as Best Buy is looking for new ways to attract buyers.

The company had difficulties recently with the increase in tariff pressures, a gentle demand in household appliances and a slow housing market. Best Buy said this spring that it had increased prices on certain items due to prices.
