Since the Kennedy Center is now nearly empty thanks to the current president, Donald Trump held the House Republican retreat in front of the desecrated living monument to former President John F. Kennedy, and during his remarks, even Trump, in a moment of lucidity, discovered that he was rambling incoherently or what he calls “weaving” attempted to rally the Republican troops as they head toward what looks like an election massacre midterm of the House.
Trump rambled for hours while House Republicans remained silent.

Here’s just a taste of what the crazy president had to say:
I said, uh, so are you going to do it, Emmanuel?
