Chuck Schumer erases Trump’s stop threats

Where was this version of Chuck Schumer in March?

It is good for the tens of millions of people who are about to see their health insurance premiums soar that Schumer 2.0 is here now, but it should have been at this stage all the time.

Politicususa is a news and a opinion supported by readers. You can support us by becoming a subscriber.

During the press meeting, Schumer was asked if his different position on the closure was due to democratic pressure and he responded to Trump’s threat that there would be massive dismissals of civil servants if the government stops saying:

We hear the American people they need help on health care.

And as for these massive layoffs, guess what? Simple answer, of a sentence: they do it anyway. There is no closure. They dismiss all these people. The budget they proposed indicates that 300,000 other federal workers should be laid off. They dismissed 80,000 in the administration of veterans. They try to intimidate the American people and us.

But the main thing is, if they draw all these people – first, the courts brought back a lot because what they did was illegal. And secondly, there is such pressure on them so as not to do it because of the harm that people are retreating. Originally, they drew 80,000 from the veterans administration; It is now 30,000. It’s always bad, but it shows you that the heat is on them when they do this. And the American people will not like him at all.

Schumer also said that nothing would be done at the meeting on Monday if Trump presents himself and does nothing, but of Diatriber and Rave.

Senator Schumer said that government financing bills were traditionally adopted in a bipartite manner. There is nothing like taking it or leaving it. If the Republicans insist on going alone, the government closed will be on them.

Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer did a good job to put pressure on Trump, Johnson and Thune. The Republicans know that they will be blamed for a closure.

The suspicion is that Trump will try to use the Monday meeting to make democrats unreasonable, but Trump and his party fight a lost battle.

The opinions of increases in health insurance premiums will start to be released this week. Republicans will be blamed for these increases.

Trump and his party have no playing cards, and Democrats do not buy Trump’s threats and brass bands.

So far, Democrats play their hand well. It is a complete reversal of March, and the Republicans do not yet seem to have understood that they have already lost.
