Donald Trump reaches the point of his decline where his audience must be of the captive type. The days of Trump doing rallies seem to have disappeared for a long time. His 2024 campaign was carried out at a much slower pace than his previous attempts to win the presidency.

Video:

When Trump said he was going to go out and patrol Washington DC with the police and the National Guard, anyone with an ounce of common sense knew that it would not happen.

What happened was something much more embarrassing.

Here is a sample of certain subjects that Trump has spoken to the police:

Coming back to the Congress for money, and we will redo a lot of sidewalk, a lot of medians, a large part of the graffiti are coming off very quickly. It will go down very quickly. We work with Clark Construction there, one of the big ones. They are by far the biggest year. We will not be so built. It is cleaning and fixing and redesign and setting up new surfaces on your roads and streets.

When people come from the airport to the Capitol, to the White House or wherever they go, they will see that this place is impeccable. More importantly, we will have a crowd of people who will be happy. We have received more calls from people in the past four days than ever. I am here now four years and more.

By the way, I think we had the best 7 months they say that any president. We have done a lot of work. We have a lot of good work, including the biggest tax reductions you have ever had. I know you don’t care about taxes. You don’t care about saving a little tax, but you have saved a lot of taxes, in fact. We had a great period of time. I have never received so many phone calls thanking me for what we have done in Washington, DC, people who have not gone to the restaurant and literally for four years. They said, you know what you did is, it is unprecedented, because they said, it was simply dangerous.

We couldn’t do it. We would go out and you would see the stories, you would read the stories and see all the things that happen. They said, we couldn’t bear it, sir. Now I take my wife and my children at dinner. One of them said he came out four nights in a row, and he had not been released for 4 years. It is a great tribute to you. When I look at you, I understand why. There are no games. We don’t play games.

We will make it sure. We will then go to other places. We will stay here for a while and make it absolutely perfect. This is our capitol. I guess it was many years ago in security, but it is certainly not that they are very good. You must be strong. You have to be hard. You have to do your job. Everything you need to do your job know that you need to do your job. Crime figures are decreasing. The statistics, they read them inside. The figures we have never seen here ever, in fact.
