The Democrats of the Senate marked one of their greatest victories in the Byrd Bath reconciliation process by having the parliamentary regime of the Senate according to which the provision of the legislation on the tax reduction which would have As much as Trump removes judicial orders must be thrown away.

Schumer said in a press release:

The Republicans of the Senate tried to write the contempt of Donald Trump for the courts in the law – in charge of charging legal law, to challenge the Constitution and to bulldozer the even law of law which forms our democracy. It was nothing less than an assault against the check and counterweight system that anchored this nation since its foundation, and an attempt by Trump Trump King.

But the Democrats of the Senate arrested them. We successfully fought for the rule of law and withdrew this reckless and downright non -American provision.

If it was adopted, it would have been one of the seizures of the most cheeky power we have seen in American history – an attempt to let a future president Trump ignore the judicial orders with impunity, putting it above the law.

Donald Trump is not above the law. And thanks to the Democrats of the Senate – including the tireless work of Senator Durbin and the judicial democrats – the courts can always hold it with any responsible president.

Senator Schumer also pointed out that the version of the Senate of the provision was even worse than what the Chamber had adopted, because it required that anyone was looking for a prescription against the Trump administration to pay costly initial costs, thus transforming the courts into a payment system.

The arrangement was sentenced from the start because it had nothing to do with the budget, which is why the version of the Senate added the costs to make it appear a budgetary element.

It was an important victory for justice and democracy. The Republicans tried to use a tax on the tax cup to give Trump the opportunity to ignore the courts.

The lesson here is that Trump is the figurehead, but the whole republican party has become an anti-constitution and anti-democracy party.

Democrats and the American people must always remain vigilant until the Republicans are defeated.

What do you think that the Democrats obtained ignorance from the disposal of the abolished courts? Let’s talk about it in the comments below.
