BoeingThe gross orders for new planes reached 303 last month, the most since December 2023, while the company has made progress against its rival Airbus and strives to stabilize the production of its best -selling jets near the limit of the Federal Aviation Administration.

The manufacturer gave 45 planes in May, in accordance with the previous month, but higher than on the 24th he delivered a year earlier.

This year in May, Boeing delivered 220 planes to customers, while Iirbus delivered 243 planes. Deliveries are essential for Boeing and Airbus generating money because most of the price of an airplane is paid when the jet is given.

Net of cancellations and conversions, Boeing recorded orders for 512 planes this year, against 215 for Airbus. More orders could be signed next week at Paris Air Show – a commercial event where companies have the opportunity to present new technologies and planes and conclude agreements.

The FAA crowned the maximum Boeing of Boeing production at 38 per month last year after a door cap exploded by an almost new maximum when it came out of Portland, Oregon. While no one was seriously injured in the accident, the new security crisis struck Boeing production.

Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg said the company planned to stabilize its production chain at the current rate around 38 per month and could then request authorization from the FAA to increase this rate.

Net of cancellations, Boeing recorded 345 orders last month, including 146 for 737 maxes and 157 for 787 Dreamliners and 777x aircraft still certified in a massive large body of Qatar Airways. The agreement was signed during President Donald Trump's visit to Doha, Qatar last month.

Ortberg said at the end of last month that Boeing plans to return to aircraft deliveries to Chinese airlines this month after a break during the trade war between the Trump and Beijing administration.

Including the accounting adjustments, Boeing received 606 net orders this year, and his backlog was 5,943 in late May.
