Jamie Raskin shows where Democrats beat Trump and why it’s important

In case you have not noticed, the Trump administration is stammering. Instead of a shock and fear, Trump delivered a faulty economy, tankal approval ratings and the indignation of the public.

The Republicans in the congress closing their eyes on what Trump does, it has been in the courts to be the railings, and so far, they have resisted.

Representative Jamie Raskin explained inside with Jen Psaki:

We have obtained 125 cases which were deposited across the country, and 50 federal courts have already made temporary ban prescriptions, or preliminary injunctions against Trump. So let’s start with the new positive that the courts work. They do their job. This is why they speak of dismissing all these federal judges, which is why they attack the Judge Boberg for insisting on the answers because. You cannot disobey an order from a federal court.

As chief judge Roberts underlined this week, the appropriate response to disagreement with the substance of a judicial opinion is to appeal to opinion, not to try to dismiss the judge. Certainly not for people to go out and visit the threats of the judge and the judge’s family. We have to play these cases in court.

The Trump administration has just been cautious to the winds. I mean, the excellent example of that, of course, is the executive decree of citizenship of birth. The first sentence of the 14th amendment indicates that all people born or naturalized in the United States and subject to their competence are citizens of the United States.

Raskin video:

It’s just as simple as the day, and we have judges from Obama, Biden judges, Reagan judges, Trump judges, while removing what Trump did. In fact, judge Reagan said it was the simplest case he has ever decided with his life. You don’t need to be a lawyer to find out what’s wrong. Just know how to read.

And in the event that they say, you have simply exceeded the Constitution. We must therefore defend the independence of the judiciary. And we see this happening all over the world now, that when the courts block an autocratic framework or a person with dictatorial ambitions, they begin to attack the judges.

They attack lawyers. They attack law firms. This is what is happening in America at the moment. And therefore the whole country must defend the independence of the judiciary and the rule of law.

The good news is that the courts work. The bad news is that this is where the country is found.

Each of these judicial cases and these decisions make something very important. They slow down it.

The weather is not on the side of the president almost 80 years old and his lame administration.

If the Democrats renew the majority of the chamber, Trump’s presidency is over. Donald Trump becomes a lame duck and national attention will increase to the 2028 elections.

The American people just need the courts to do their job. Democrats beat Trump in court, and this is the first to withdraw billionaires from power.
