There is a perception that Democrats do nothing to fight Trump. Due to the absence of a majority in the Chamber or in the Senate and to the fact that the Democratic decline receives no coverage in the consumer media, some people think that Democrats do nothing.

Democrats are very busy pushing Trump, and as regards the courts, they succeeded.
A large part of this success comes from the prosecution brought by the Attorney General of the Democratic State, who was more successful Thursday when a federal judge ruled that Trump could not use the management and budget office to freeze federal funds.
Judge John McConnell published a federal injunction prohibiting the Trump administration from using an OMB directive to freeze federal funds.
Judge McConnell wrote:
The categorical freezing of the executive of appropriate and obliged funds fundamentally undermines the distinct constitutional roles of each branch of our government. The interaction of the three co-equal branches of the government is a complex, delicate and sophisticated balance, but it is crucial for our form of constitutional governance.
Here, the executive got above the congress. He has imposed a categorical mandate on the expenses of the appropriate funds and obliged by the congress regardless of the Congress Authority to control expenses. Federal agencies and departments can spend, assign or suspend money based solely on the power that the congress has given them – they have no other expenses.
The executive has not shown any constitutional or statutory authority which would allow them to impose this type of categorical frost. The court does not limit the discretionary power or the microgestion of the administration of the federal funds. On the contrary, in accordance with the Constitution, the Statutes and the Caselaw, the Court considers that the discretion of the executive to impose its own political preferences on the appropriate funds can only be exercised if it is authorized by the laws of credits approved by the Congress.
Consequently, on the basis of these principles and the reasons indicated below, the court grants the request of the States in matters of preliminary injunction.
McConnell’s explanation to explain why he granted the injunction is very important.
The only way in which the executive power can legally freeze the funds is given this authority by the law of the congress. There is no way that Congress renounces its power from the handbag, therefore the end of the end of Trump around the authority of the Congress is unconstitutional.
All court decisions are important on several levels. Yesterday, the Supreme Court already ruled against Trump’s frost funds, and if the other funding freezes before them, the court is likely to get rid of Trump.
Decisions also help to strengthen the public that Trump does is bad. They help Democrats to plead against Trump and why voters must control it by electing a majority of the Democratic Chamber.
Whenever Trump loses justice on this issue, he strengthens the Constitution and prevents this president from creating a precedent and an expansion of executive power.
The AG Democrats do so at the level of the state, and their efforts protect our government system.
