Even the Oval Office Kids Can’t Stop Trump’s Meltdown

Believe it or not, there was a time during the 2016 presidential campaign when Donald Trump could stick to one message and make a point. I recently went back and looked at some of his speeches and rallies from ten years ago, and many of them, while still full of lies and inaccuracies, were about 30 minutes long. Trump appealed to people because he offered simple answers, not based in reality, to complex problems.

Come to think of it, Trump’s decline began to show in 2018, and since then it has been like an avalanche on the mountainside.

In July 2026, the United States has a president for whom the purpose of events and the people participating in them makes no sense. His fractured mind will speak whatever he wants.

No president has ever seemed more uncomfortable around children in the television age than Donald Trump.

The event was supposed to be about new savings accounts for children called Trump Accounts, but here is Donald Trump positioned next to the children:

Trump stands there rigid like Frankenstein’s monster and neither looks nor acknowledges the children. When his head turns in their direction, the president looks above them, as if they were not there.

The message from the White House had already started badly, and then Trump spoke.
