With the agreement of US Senate Republicans, he has surrounded himself with people like Defense Secretary Pete Hegsath, who will do whatever he says, no questions asked, no matter what. Trump and Hegsth care more about publicity than the rule of law. This is how I ended up discovering via a tweet that the Secretary of Defense was ordering an investigation into me.
The same Secretary of Defense, who has been since his appointment, is historically not qualified for this position.
The same Secretary of Defense who allegedly ordered a second strike to kill survivors of the Caribbean shipwreck. If anyone should answer questions publicly and under oath, it’s Pete Hexath.
This is a dangerous time for the United States of America when the President and his loyalists use every lever of power to silence speaking out U.S. Senators. But we all know it’s not about me or the other people in this video. They’re trying to send a message to military retirees, government employees, members of the military, elected officials and all Americans who are considering speaking out. You better shut up, otherwise.
Kelly seems to know exactly what Trump and Hegseth are trying to do, and he stands up to them.
