The NFL quarterrier, Aaron Rodgers, supports a startup that hopes to make athletes more accessible to businesses, charitable organizations and sponsors.

Athlete of the athlete.com was launched Tuesday as a change of brand of the old online sports database. The site has been created to improve access to athletes, offering a more rationalized means to organizations to connect with them.

The brand change is not only a new name. Athleagleagent.com also deploys a subscription -based model, offering users full access to its growing database for $ 29.99 per month, or $ 199.99 per year.

Rodgers, currently a quarter of the Pittsburgh Steelers, is an original founder of the platform. It is joined by a group of high-level investors who includes the legendary sports agent Scott Boras and the Google Startups program for startups: the AI scale, as well as the capital-investment companies Solyco Capital, Prota Ventures, Bullock Capital and Pressplay Capital.

Athleanesengen.com refused to comment on the exact size of Rodgers’ investment in the company, but said it was in the seven figures.

The CEO, Sean O’Brien, said that Athleagleagent.com was under six -digit recourse and positive cash flows this year.

The concept was co-founded for the first time in 2021 by actor and producer Ryan Rottman, who said that he had noticed a blatant gap in the way athletes are listed in relation to the way the actors are made available on IMDB.

“I had a producer of a Christmas Hallmark Look film on my IMDB Pro profile – they saw me on” 90210 ” – to see who my agent was and has set my hand. Since then, I have been in eight Christmas movies.

He presented the idea to Rodgers, which immediately mounted on board.

“Aaron likes to say that we are building this not for 1% of athletes, but for the remaining 99% – to help generate income, disseminate their stories, find approval agreements, support their charitable organizations. This is how it materialized,” said Rottman.

Athleagleagent.com is an online platform that offers direct access to professional athletes and sports agents, providing verified contact details, contract details, approval portfolios and philanthropic participation.

Today, athleteagent.com has more than 4,000 athletes and 2,000 agents in its database. Each profile offers everything, from their representation to their endorsements and their philanthropy. The company has a small team working with leagues and agents to compile and update the data.

It plans to extend the database by adding front office leaders, team contacts and retired athletes in the future.

Rottman said the agents adopted the platform.

“It saves them time, helps meet approval quotas and we don’t take a cup,” he said.

The tool also helps to avoid failures in awareness, said O’Brien, citing the legend of the NBA, LeBron James, as a hypothetical example.

“Before us, someone could send an email to Rich Paul for a brand agreement – but Maverick Carter is the guy you want for LeBron’s business. We eliminate this confusion,” said O’Brien.
