Donald Trump fails as president. It is not a partisan or subjective statement. New data from The Economist reveals that the American people believe that Donald Trump fails as president.
Usually, a president will come into office and know their highest approval because the American people are ready to give the new person that the voters have elected a chance.
However, in the two terms of Trump, he started with a lower approval rating than the other presidents.
This is what happened since it shows how its presidency has flowed like a stone in the sea.
Our first painting shows that Trump does worse than at the same time during his first mandate in 2017:
The solid red line is Trump’s approval rating in 2025. The broken red line is Trump’s approval rating in 2017. As you can see, the 2017 line is higher than the 2025 line. Also note that neither Obama nor Biden had figures at this stage as low as Trump. Obama was extremely popular at the same time in his first mandate.
