In moral wrong legislation, it takes a lot to stand out. In the republican bill on tax reductions which gives massive tax relief to the richest Americans while keeping health care and food from those who have the least An obscure provision in legislation which would essentially allow the Trump administration to ignore the orders of the Federal Court.

This is not a problem which belongs to a bill on the reduction of tax and seems to violate the rules of reconciliation, where the legislation can adopt with a majority vote as long as it is linked to the budget.
Allowing the administration to ignore the ordinances of the Federal Court is not a budgetary question, which is a point which was addressed by the senators Tim Kaine and Mark Warner.
Virginia Democratic senators wrote in a joint declaration:
The reason why the district courts block many actions by President Trump is that these actions are illegal. The presidents are not kings, no American is above the law, and the attack of the Republicans at home against checks and sales thanks to this obscure provision hidden in their partisan tax bill is irresponsible and cowardly.
Now, it is our republican counterparts here in the Senate to understand two things – first, how this provision is even relevant for a tax bill; And second, if they have the courage and respect for the American Constitution to vote.
The inclusion of the provision was a loose act of President Mike Johnson and the House Republicans. There is also the suspicion that was placed in the bill in the hope that no one would notice it, or that it would be forgotten in the midst of a time crisis and left in the final legislation.
There is a good chance that this provision will survive the examination process in the Senate and will be withdrawn from the legislation, but the Democrats and the American people should not take any chance.
Make sure the Republicans abolish the provision of the bill by doing what Warner and Kaine do. Democrats and the American people must put pressure on the Republicans to get him out.
The Republican Party will use any legislation to attack the separation of powers, so nothing should be held for granted. The ignored part of the courts of the tax bill must have disappeared.
What do you think of the Warner and Kaine declaration? Let's talk about it in the comments below.
