It is clear, even if the Trump administration will not say, that Trump has entered into an agreement with Putin who would give Russia part of Ukraine. Even if it would be enriching Putin for war crimes, it may not be the worst of the agreement.

Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff said on CNN on Sunday morning:
We have obtained an agreement that the United States and other European nations could effectively offer the five-type language to cover a security guarantee. Putin said that a red flag was admission to NATO. RIGHT. And so what we were talking about was to assume that this maintenance assuming that the Ukrainians could accept this and could live with it, and that everything will be involved, will concern what the Ukrainians can live.
But assuming that they could, we were able to win the following concession that the United States could offer article five, as well as protection, which is one of the real reasons why Ukraine wants to be in NATO. In a way, we could get around this and obtain an agreement that the United States could offer five protection, which was the first time that we hear that the Russians agreed.
If Ukraine accepted this agreement, it would put its safety in the hands of Donald Trump. Putin and Trump could be the two world’s largest leaders lies on the planet. Putting Trump in charge of any security response to the future Russian aggression against Ukraine would be the equivalent of giving Putin a green light to attack Ukraine and take more territory when he wanted.
One of the reasons why Ukraine wants membership of NATO is that it will dissuade Putin from giving their feet to Ukraine again.
The fact that Witkoff almost boasts of this part of Trump’s agreement shows that Trump met Putin to create an agreement to give Russia all that he wanted to put an end to war.
Hopefully Zelenskyy and European leaders go to the White House to laugh at Trump’s face in response to such an absurd proposal.
