Trump thought he could go to Capitol Hill and bark orders to house the Republicans and make everyone divide to support his major bill, but that did not work in this way.

Instead, Mike Johnson had to conclude an agreement with the Republicans of the Blue State to quadruple the State and the local tax deduction, but now the Conservatives on the far right are growling at the idea of wanting more cuts in the bill.
Punchbowl News reported:
There have been major changes to the bill in the last 24 hours. The most important thing is the overhaul of the state and local tax deduction provision approved by the way and means committee.

We already hear an argument of the House Freedom Caucus according to which Johnson should delay a vote on the package. The Conservatives argue that Johnson seeks to respect an arbitrary deadline – Memorial Day. Some have started to say that GOP leaders should return to two bills, an idea that the Republican leaders of the Chamber and the Senate stopped months ago.
Johnson will most likely start with two votes without a vote: the representatives Chip Roy (R-Texas) and Thomas Massie (R-Ky.). Depending on attendance, he will have one or two others to lose.
If Trump thought he could introduce himself and make the houses of the house do what he wanted, he was wrong.
Even if Mike Johnson manages to sneak this bill through the house, it will not be the kind of resounding victory that Trump was waiting for.
The Senate Republicans will tear the bill of the Chamber and rewrite it. The Senate will adopt its own version, then the Chamber and the Senate will have to agree on a final bill which will have to erase the Congress.
