Virginia could be the next domino to fall Trump’s epic backlash by rigging the midterm elections.
Donald Trump, the “steady genius” who came up with the plan to keep the House of Representatives under Republican control by forcing red states to redraw their maps, is teaming up with his No. 1 minion, House Speaker Mike Johnson, to try to get Republicans to the polls to vote tomorrow in a Virginia runoff election that could net Democrats four more House seats in November.

Trump is apparently so lazy that they couldn’t convince him to hold a get-out-the-vote rally in Virginia, but there are a few important factors that explain why.
Donald Trump doesn’t want to be blamed for losing redistricting if the new map passes, so he’ll stay away.
Democrats should have hoped Trump would show up in the state, because he is deeply despised in Virginia.
Trump DOGE layoffs cost Virginia 23,500 jobs, but the economic impact was much worse.
VPM Media reported:
On average, each federal government employee earns about 1.6 times that of an average private sector employee,” said Bob McNab, who chairs the economics department at Old Dominion University. “If we include benefits, that ratio jumps to two. So Virginia lost 23,500 federal government jobs last year, roughly equivalent to the loss of 47,000 private sector jobs.
As things stand, it appears Trump and Johnson have an uphill battle in Virginia.
