Basketball fans who watch Prime Video this season will be able to follow their bets thanks to an extended partnership between Amazon and Beat-possessed Fanduel, the exclusive NBA and WNBA rating supplier on bonus.
The bettors will be able to link their Fanduel accounts to their main video profiles and see how their bets take place in real time, announced Amazon on Tuesday. Users can follow progress on parapos and check victories and losses. The new feature does not allow betting to be placed directly on the privileged video.
A separate overlapping option, called OddsView, will update odds, lines, probabilities, money, spreats and real -time game accessories in what Amazon calls an “immersive” experience. It will be available for all NBA games on Amazon Prime Video.
Fanduel’s sports president Mike Raffensperger called him “an important milestone in the way we connect with basketball fans”.
The former clipper Blake Griffin, who will serve as an analyst for NBA on Prime, will also have become Ambassador of Fanduel NBA’s offer. Griffin will be presented in Fanduel’s campaigns as well as in the antenna integrations, social media and live events.
For Prime Video, this is another extension of how it serves sport and seeks to gain more viewers with features and improvements.
