Apple: A judge says that Phil Schiller wanted Apple to comply with the court order, but Tim Cook ignored him, and his financial vice-president “was pure and simple under oath”– Apple voluntarily violated and ignored a decision in 2021 which came out of the Epic Games case, Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said on Wednesday.
