Yelp acquires Hatch, which charges monthly fees for AI-powered agents who can respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments, for $300 million— Recommendation app Yelp announced Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire AI agent startup Hatch for $300 million, or about 12 times the startup’s annual recurring revenue.
