American Express Thursday, unveiled its flagship credit card updates in the midst of increased industry competition from the country’s high expenses.
The company said that consumer and business versions of its Platinum REFROCIE card now have annual fees of $ 895, around 29% higher than current costs of $ 695.
But consumers can now operate $ 3,500 in annual advantages, according to American Express, mainly in the form of credits compensating for the purchases made on the card, more than double the previous level.
The advantages include credits to Uber,, LululemonUra, the Restaurant Restaurant reservation platform and the improved hotel and streaming advantages, said the issuer of the card.
