The republicans of the house plan to cut health insurance before the end of the year

The republicans of the house have not finished cutting Medicaid, and they added a new target to their success list.

At the end of the year, the House Republicans also plan to cut Medicare.

Bloomberg reported:

The chairman of the Chamber’s Budget Committee, Jodey Arrington, in an interview with Bloomberg, said the Republicans will ask for deeper reductions in Medicaid, new discounts of spending in health insurance and will correct all the errors inserted in the American tax code by the “big and beautiful bill”.

“I think we will make one before the end of the year,” said Arrington. “It will be a more targeted set of reforms.”

The President of the Budget said that follow -up legislation is a chance to obtain medical spending discounts that he sought but could not win in the Trump Tax and Expenditure Package. Among its objectives, he said, reduces reimbursements to hospitals via a neutral payment system that pays the same rate, whether it be a procedure in a clinic or a doctor’s office.

By “reforms”, Arrington means cut in health care. If Medicare reimbursements are reduced, it would be a death sentence for many rural hospitals.

If you thought that the last reconciliation bill that the Republicans adopted and that Trump signed in law was the worst, you were wrong.

It is as if to ward off the health care of 17 million Americans was not enough, so the Republicans pass to attack other people on Medicaid and to come for Medicare.

These cuts could cost the Republicans their majority in the House, but these are the ideologues whose mission is to destroy the social security net and will only stop only when all the national wealth has been redistributed in the upper 1%.

What do you think of the Gop Plan house to come for Medicaid then? Share your reflections in the comments below.
