The Trump administration is trying to disconnect two clearly linked events. The administration has canceled the classified briefing provided for the bombing in Iran, then it has been reported that the initial assessment of the United States is that Iran’s nuclear program has not been destroyed and may have been given only months by the Trump attack.
CNN reported:
The US military strikes out of three of Iranian nuclear installations last weekend did not destroy the main components of the country’s nuclear program and probably only heard it per month, according to an assessment of early American information that has been described by four informed people.
The evaluation, which has not been reported before, was produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon intelligence branch. It is based on an evaluation of the battle damage led by the American central command in the aftermath of the American strikes, according to one of the sources.
….
Two of the people familiar with the evaluation said that the Uranium stock enriched by Iran was not destroyed. One of the people said centrifugal was largely “intact.
Trump was wrong when he said the Iranian nuclear program was “erased. Trump has no information that the strike managed to eliminate Iran’s nuclear program.
