There is a question within the Democratic Party on generational change, and the party undergoes a change at the same time as Trump and his party try to transmit a bill which extends the tax reductions for the rich while moving away the health care and the food from the rest of the population.
The Democrat Manager of the Hakeem Jeffries room appeared on Siriusxm's “Mornings With Zerlina” and spoke of the GOP tax scam and the party's generational change:
I really think we remain unified, and this will be the case in terms of opposing this extreme program that Donald Trump and the Republicans are trying to register in the throat of the American people.
I think you will see this level of unit maintained in the Senate as well. And we will do everything we can to prevent this bill from becoming the law. At the same time, I think we are in the midst of a generational change and we will see that it will continue to take place both in the House, in the Senate, and certainly when the time comes for the presidential candidates to emerge in the aftermath of the mid-term elections of 2026.
