Booker video:

Booker said on ABC this week:

I have never seen an administration of my living doing something so monumental and that, so amazing and amazing hurts the Americans.

You know, I hear all day yesterday with frightened Americans who saved all their lives, for retirement in the coming months, but now know that they cannot because in one blow, Donald Trump has devastated their retirement accounts, their 401K. I know millions of Americans who live the pay pay, which already in their administration has seen prices up.

Even if he promised that they were going to descend an increase in inflation, even if he promised that it would fall. And now they are preparing to see them. The monthly bills increase because of what this president has done, and that will devastate them. And all of this happens in the context of what happened in the Senate this week when they push an extension of Trump tax reductions which massively went to the richest Americans.

This will blow another hole of several billion dollars in our deficit. But they do all of this and they will pay for that, uh, by Saving Medicaid, on which millions of Americans count to meet their financial challenges to meet their health challenges. And it’s scary. Yesterday, at the Town Hall, where parents of disabled children where parents, Uh, with this take care of their elders, all horrible stories told that even a 5% reduction in the services they get, uh, will send their families into chaos.

And again, they asked why? For what? Because this president once again pushes a plan to prohibit the basic services to give increasingly important tax reductions to the rich. Thus, the chaos he sparked on America, the financial insecurity he brought to people’s lives. This is not what he promised to people.

And I think he will already descend for a president with the worst of the first hundred days in the last century of any president who has ever taken this office.

Cory Booker understands that the time the country faces people, not politics.

There are real people injured by Trump’s policies.

The Trump administration denies that they intentionally try to block the stock market, but intentional or not the majority of Americans are injured by what Trump does.

Trump funding freezes and cuts refuse access to the services that many Americans need.

The vast majority of people who voted for Trump have not voted for this. Although, if they were careful, Trump told them what he was going to do if he won.

Senator Booker understands, and he is a great reason why the messaging of the Democrats of the Senate turned and improved well.

What do you think of Senator Booker’s interview? Let’s talk about it in the comments below.
