Elon Musk spent 20 to 25 million dollars in the Wisconsin for the Supreme State elections. Musk clearly believed that he had unlocked the cheating code to win elections. One of the richest men in the world thought that he could flood the state with money, keep an illegal lottery and present himself for a rally, which would equalize republican victory.
In Wisconsin, the Republicans nationalized the elections of the Supreme Court, and she turned against them.
Everyone will try to project what the democratic victory of Wisconsin will mean for 2026, but at a more fundamental level, the message was that this nation does not belong to the billionaires. Democracy does not belong to billionaires. Democracy cannot be purchased. No matter how much money Elon Musk launches or pretends to give with false lottery. The American people are not for sale.
Donald Trump and the Republican party thought that Elon Musk was their hero and would use all his money to keep them in power.
Even Elon Musk does not have enough money to finance each election of the congress in 2026.
