Trump provides reprisals in the defense of America and his soul jobs

Bangkok – US President Donald Trump defended Tuesday that his policy on prices claiming that reciprocal duties to be imposed in its own right from April 2 would not only protect American jobs, but would defend the soul of the country.

Trump, in his speech to a joint session of the congress six weeks after taking office for a second term, said that the prices were “a beautiful word” and that his policy already saw manufacturers moving to the United States from Asia.

“On April 2, the reciprocal rates come into play and everything they charge us on the prices, we will charge them, a mutual alleviation,” Trump told the applause of his republican supporters.

“If they use non -monetary prices to keep us out of their market, we will use non -monetary obstacles to keep them out of our market.”

Earlier Tuesday, the United States won 25% rights to Mexican and Canadian imports and doubled the prices imposed on China last month at 20%.

China replied Immediately, tax American agricultural imports up to 15%. He also imposed export and investment restrictions on 25 American companies, citing national security.

“The Chinese people will not be intimidated,” said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian at a regular press conference.

In his speech at Congress, Trump said China was already taxing American exporters too much.

“The average price of China is double what we are invoicing,” he said, adding that it would correspond to the reprisals of any country.

Trump said the threat of prices had already had an impact on the Japanese Honda, Apple and Tiwan Chopmaker TSMC Honda. The three companies have recently announced significant investments to move a certain manufacture in the United States

“If you don’t create your product in America, you will pay a price,” said Trump.

“Prices are not only to protect American jobs, they aim to protect the soul of our country.”

While economists have warned the impact of prices for price reduction for American consumers, Trump rejected the concerns of any negative impact.

“There may be a little disruption, but we agree with that,” he said.

Trump said he could balance the budget while offering “tax reductions for everyone”.

Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang said

Speaking at the opening of the congress of the annual national people in Beijing on Wednesday, he said that the economy would widen about 5% this year.

Li said Beijing was willing to let the budget deficit extend to feed a resumption of domestic demand as “main and anchor” of growth.

Exchange of accusations on drugs

Part of the reason for Trump’s prices on Mexico and Canada is what he says is their inability to stop the deadly fentanyl flow in the United States, which, according to the American president, “destroyed our families.”

These two countries have defended their actions to stop drug trafficking.

Trump also accused China of not escaping the production of synthetic opioids, but China says that it has already done its part to control the medication and that it should not be blamed for a “governance failure” of the United States.

Tuesday, Beijing published a white paper highlighting the measures it had taken to control the spread of fentanyl.

“These have given notable results,” he said.

Report on results, the tabloid managed by the state Global times Pull on Trump for blamed China for the problem of American opioids and punish it with prices.

“The displacement of the responsibility for the failures of domestic governance on others and the abuse of prices as a means of pressure and coercion will not cure America’s ills, and this will help Washington achieve its political objectives,” he said in an editorial.

In his speech, Trump also repeated his commitment to take control of the Panama Canal.
