The Democrats of the Chamber will not sleep. They will work. This is the message that is sent by the way the Democrats plan to spend their time trying to reconquer the majority in the field by hammer the republicans of the house in their districts for Support the “great very unpopular bill of Trump.

The Democrat Manager of Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) told Punchbowl News what the Democrats will do when he visited Louisiana, which is the original state of President Mike Johnson and the head of majority Steve scalizes.

Punchbowl News reported:

Jeffries said that the Democrats will organize more speeches, gatherings and marches, as well as town hall events in GOP districts. Jeffries plans to visit the New York, New Jersey, California and Midwest districts.

We asked Jeffries if the reconciliation vote changes the size of the battlefield of the chamber by putting redest districts for the Democrats. The DCCC identified 35 GOP districts on their target list. Jeffries said the bill “would still complicate” the efforts of the Republicans to hold the room, but refused to say if that would change the card.

“This vote will haunt them and we will tattoo their support for the only great ugly law on the front of each republican of vulnerable house in America,” said Jeffries.

The Republicans have a majority in the House because they have won districts in blue states such as Illinois, New Jersey, California and New York.

If the Democrats earn certain districts in the red states, they could build a massive majority, but winning the majority itself will involve taking seats in the blue states which slipped in 2022 and 2024.

The strategy of putting well -known faces on the ground on the ground in the districts of republican performance seems to be a good one that works. When a Jeffries, Jamie Raskin, AOC, Jasmine Crockett, Maxwell Frost or other people come to the districts held by the Republicans, they draw attention to local media and they motivate democrats as well as the self -employed while having conversations that Republicans do not want to have on their decision to choose Trump rather than their constituents.

The data show that face -to -face contact with voters is the most effective way to guarantee their support. There will be a lot of time to disseminate advertisements in 2026, but the Democrats set the foundations in 2025 and do what must be done to reconquer the majority in 2026.
