The 97th Academy Awards are live from Dolby Theater in Hollywood on Sunday March 2 at 7 p.m. He. The ceremony, hosted by the actor Conan O’Brien, is broadcast on ABC and is available to broadcast on Hulu.

This year’s prices have put a handful of new records at stake: The star of “The Brutalist” Adrien Brody could be the first to go 2 for 2 in the category of best actor, while Timothee Chalamet could destroy Brody as a younger winner in the category if he takes the statue for “a complete unknown”.

Two musicals are in the best image – “Wicked” and “Emilia Pérez” – alongside “Anora”, “The Brutalistist”, “Complete Uncomfort”, “Conclave”, “Dune: the second part”, “I am still there”, “Nickel boys” and “The substance”.

Before the ceremony on Sunday, viewers wanted to see if “Emilia Pérez” could overcome the recent controversy to ensure victories. The star of the film and nominated at the Oscars, Karla Sofía Gascón, were criticized for the former publications of social media that many racists and Islamophica tried.

“Emilia Pérez” seemed to be underway at the start of the awards season for a victory for the best image, but “The Brutalist” and “Anora” became more recently as a front runners.

Then there is “Wicked”, an Smash at the box office in small groups last year. The feature film features Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, who should occur during the evening, even if the musical film is not eligible for a better appointment of songs this year. Erivo will be eligible for the next Oscar season, with “Wicked: For Good” to present new original songs.

Follow all the wins of the Oscars and the biggest moments of the biggest Hollywood evening.
