The Democrats of the House know that the Republicans are already torillating on Trump's desire to accept a bribes of $ 400 million in Qatar, so they introduced a demanding resolution that Trump obtains the approval of the congress before accepting the plane.

Resolution states in part:

While the acceptance of the Qatari plane without the authorization of the congress clearly violates the clause of foreign emoluments, while also posing significant national security dangers, in particular, not only in terms of corruption and illegitimate influence that crampons provided, but also in terms of substantial additional risk of spying against and the surveillance of the president and other senior American officials;

And while President Trump pointed out that this unprecedented and extravagant gift from a foreign state would lead [that] Will rather be spent to make America again large! '', But, in fact, it would not replace the existing contract for the modernization and modernization of the Air Force One, and would rather require hundreds of millions or billions of dollars in a new federal government and the investments of taxpayers to modernize and debug this donation from an autocratic foreign state:

Now, therefore, that it is resolved,

That it is the meaning of the House of Representatives that President Trump must comply with the clause of foreign emoluments by submitting all the plans for this gift, it is immediately to the congress; And if he wishes to accept the “ flying palace '' of the royal family of Qatar as he says publicly, he would like to do, obtaining the consent of the congress before doing so.

The Raskin representative said in a press release:

The clause of foreign emoluments of the Constitution is clear: Donald Trump cannot accept “of any kind” gifts of foreign states or kings without consent of the Congress-and which includes the stupid of Trump, a flying of the Royals Qatarians.

Today, the judicial democrats of the Chamber are depositing a resolution asking Trump to refuse this Qatari “flying palace” or to come immediately to the congress and to ask for our consent to accept it. This is what the Constitution needs and what the previous presidents have always done, from Abraham Lincoln to John F. Kennedy. The Constitution accuses the congress of ensuring that the president does not use the highest functioning of the country as a regime rich in Rick to pocket sumptuous gifts from presidents, dictators and foreign emirs. It is high time for Congress to do its job.

If Trump accepts this plane, it will be because the Republicans in Congress have chosen to look at the most corrupt public act ever committed by a president.

Democrats will join the Republicans with Trump's corruption hip. The best possible result here will be for the Democrats to force a vote on the resolution and to watch the Republicans squirming because they must defend their president to take a bridge pot.
