DEARBORN, Mich. – Ford engine Launches a program that aims to offer customers of the most premium vans a more organized and exclusive experience.

Detroit Automaker’s new property experience concerns its “Platinum Plus” customers. The program ranges from the offer of a personal concierge and a virtual tutorial to gifts, accessory discounts and an “Ford Protect Premium maintenance plan” for 25,000 miles or two years, depending on the first possibility.

The “Platinum Plus” package is the highest -end version of the Ford 2025 F series vans which start around $ 100,000 for the super duty vehicles from the automaker. It replaces “limited” models like the most expensive microphones for Ford.

“We believe that this is a competitive advantage, all this experience. So we are delighted with this potential to develop this in the future,” said Brian Rathsburg, Marketing Director of Ford F-Series on Tuesday during an event. “When [customers] Buy the top of the range for Super Duty, they expect a more premium experience. And we are delighted to start with this concept. “”

The new program mainly brings together many services that Ford offered owners individually, while adding some new ones. Rathsburg said the program will adapt to include the experiences that customers want.

In addition to the new program, Platinum Plus vehicles have “smoked truffles” plush interiors that include Venetian leather and unique outdoor design characteristics such as a satin finish grille with shiny chrome inserts.

Rathsburg refused to discuss if the 25% car rates by President Donald Trump will have an impact on the price of his F series microphones, including the new Platinum Plus offer.

“It is a very troubled, very uncertain and very tenuous space. We monitor it,” said Rathsburg. “Admittedly, there are things on the road that we may not know, but we will react accordingly.”

Ford last week told dealers that it could increase prices on newly built vehicles next month if Trump was not raising prices on automotive imports, according to Automotive News. This occurs after the company has offered a pricing program for employees to promote its American operations, which are the most important among car manufacturers.

The automotive industry has offered more organized and exclusive services in the past, but they have largely been for luxury and premium brands rather than brands or traditional vehicles such as Ford’s F series.

The new package of services follows Ford betting on these services organized for its “pro” fleet customers, including practical assistance as well as on logistics and fleet management.

“Everything we see said that it will be a great improvement for consumers,” said Rathsburg.
