The Byrd Bath process began and the Democrats of the Senate have already won a major victory. The BYRD bath is a process where reconciliation legislation is subject to parliamentarians if the legislation complies with the rules of the reconciliation process. Democrats have raised more than 60 challenges against elements of legislation.
If the parliamentarian regulates that part of the tax reductions for the rich bill does not comply with the rules of reconciliation, the basic rule is that all parts of the bill must be linked to the budget; Unpaid parts should be deleted.

Democrats will gain some of these challenges, and they will get rid of certain bad parts of this bill, and one of the documents which, in my opinion, will have disappeared. The provisions involving the courts have nothing to do with the budget, so they should not be in the bill.
Most of the banking committee provisions in legislation have been withdrawn from the bill.
The problem with the Chamber which adopts a list of wishes of 1,100 pages to obtain enough votes to make the bill cring is that many of these garbage had nothing to do with the budget. There will be a lot of changes to this bill before it returns home, and if it can survive or not determine the fate of Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”.
